Considered is a global hospitality branding agency working with hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and lifestyle destinations. Founded in 1999, the practice has operated as IdeaWork Studios, Once Upon a Time Hospitality, and now The Considered Agency. Founder Jay Schwartz has led every project across all three names. Hospitality is the only category we serve. The team works across brand strategy, naming, identity, content, and digital experience design, built around the full guest journey, from the personality of the place to the booking flow to the copy on the key card sleeve. Description Considered builds brand strategy and positioning for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and private member clubs. The work starts before any design begins: defining what a property is, who it's for, and why that matters more than what the competition down the road is doing. Positioning and voice are built to hold up across every guest touchpoint, from the front desk to the follow-up email. Every engagement is led by founders Taylor Cinalli and Jay Schwartz, hospitality's only category, no exceptions, since 1999.
