StoryAls Team One International Gmbh haben wir 2014 in Wollerau begonnen, weil wir überzeugt waren: Veränderungen brauchen Mut, Leidenschaft und einen klaren Fokus. Anfangs waren es kleine Workshops und intensive Dialoge mit Führungskräften, in denen wir erlebten, wie Lean-Prinzipien und agile Führungstechnik echten Wandel auslösen können. Heute arbeiten wir international und bringen Design Thinking, Human Resources sowie Health & Vitality zusammen, um nachhaltige Mitarbeitergewinnung und -entwicklung zu ermöglichen. Wir legen Wert darauf, Führungskräfte für ihre eigene Gesundheit und reflektierte Teamführung zu sensibilisieren.
