Phase 1 - AuditOur first phase involves conducting marketing and competitive audits, as well as stakeholder interviews, to understand the current value that exists in your brand.
Phase 2 - StrategyThis phase is all about developing with client the Brand Brief—a one-page strategy document that drives the direction of your brand moving forward.
Phase 3 - Design IdentityThe identity phase is about more than just visuals. Using the strategy as our guide, we create a cohesive system that includes Key Messages, a Visual Identity and sometimes a New Name.
Phase 4 - ImplementationIn this last phase, we implement our system across all mediums and launch the new brand.
