What was the objective behind your collaboration?The agency provided us a website for a digital infrastructure that we created, to collect the lived experience of physicians.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We particularly appreciated the availability and reactivity of our project manager. The agency also took enough time to identify our needs and discuss the feasibility and deadlines of our project.

Are there any areas for improvements?InVision (used for the website prototype) is powerful but the comment system is not really practical (mostly lack of overall visibility and of tracability of changes). It might be useful to have a shared document with comments and their progression.
