RESULTS & FEEDBACK What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? People and the health care system in Victoria recognize the HomeTeam Medical Services (HTMS) brand and contact us asking for HTMS, rather than individual physicians or health care workers . new patients are coming through the web portal that was created in addition to previous phone calls. Feedback about the quality of information on the Website, from prospective clients and health care providers has been very positive Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? Storyfolk were excellent listeners, very thoughtful and insightful, timely with responses and all deliverables were on schedule. They were very client-centered and were responsive to any adaptations and adjustments that better fit our business requirements. They were always patient and affable, trying to ensure they best captured our needs. We felt we developed a relationship despite working on line across continents. We asked them to develop a website, which was not part of the initial contract. They accommodated us despite the short notice and worked hard to meet our timelines on short notice and did an excellent job. What was your primary form of communication with Storyfolk? Virtual Meeting (We are in Canada, and they are in Australia) Email or Messaging App What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? We felt that we had personalized service, that was concerned about the quality of the working relationship, in addition to excellence in their work product. We never felt badly about contacting them and they were always attentive and open to our thoughts and concerns. They were very professional, and we highly recommend them. Are there any areas for improvement or something Storyfolk could have done differently We can't think of any for this project.
