What was the objective behind your collaboration?ERP system and full web development. We had our own system in which we had been operating. But this was a closed system that could be used by a limited number of customers. The challenge was to build a system that would automate communication between the company and our customers.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They are very skilled and dedicated, and always have their own propositions for improving the app and always trying to do even more than needed, and it makes an impact

What was the objective behind your collaboration?They are very proactive and always have a few ways to solve every issue. We had very productive discussions and it was crucial for our future results. Everything was delivered on time, despiting the fact, that we have one delay on the first milestone

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their approach is very comprehensive. They’re not only a tech-savvy team, but also they gave us great recommendations for the system from the business point of view. Every member of the team was involved in the process and tried to do the extra mile for the end result. We appreciate it

Are there any areas for improvements?You can probably always improve something, especially in estimates, but it's hard to say that there is something that needs to be tightened up a lot. In general, we are satisfied with the process and the result
