What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They balanced design with technical performance. Some firms focus only on visuals, but Simpalm seemed to care that the site would actually function well after launch.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing that I could think of.

The app also simplified how users interact with our schedule. They were willing to rework features instead of pushing something through just to stay on schedule.

Are there any areas for improvements?Earlier alignment on how our booking system works would have saved time. We spent a bit longer than expected refining that piece.
