Founder Andy Pirie is a recruitment marketer with nearly thirty years in marketing, twenty of them in recruitment marketing. SetpointHQ launched publicly in April 2026.
There are three ways to engage. Services: most engagements start with a fixed-price read, such as the £999 Recruitment Marketing Audit (7 areas, a written report and a 60-minute debrief within 7 working days; Area 7 is AI visibility). Builds include the Workforce Engine, a candidate acquisition infrastructure delivered in 6 to 12 weeks and owned by the client, plus websites, performance campaigns, SEO, GEO and AEO, tracking and AI automation. Retained support includes a fractional marketing director for 2 to 4 days a month.
Studio is a self-serve recruitment marketing toolkit: add a job and it generates an 11-asset playbook across six stages, from job spec to interview kit. £149 per month per seat after a 7-day trial (card required).
SetpointHQ Pro is a 12-month AI visibility tracking programme anchored to The SetpointHQ Index, which scores 100 UK employer brands every month on how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity describe them to candidates.
