SerIA Nativa turns manufacturing companies of 50 to 500 people into AI-native companies in three to four months. We do not roll out AI tools or resell licences: we design the architecture and take it into production. An AI-native company has three things: • Memory: one place where the company's knowledge lives, which tells you where every answer comes from. • Judgement: written rules on who can ask what, what leaves your server and what does not, and who answers for what a machine decides. • Execution: agents connected to real processes, each one with a named owner and a measured saving. How we work. We start with Paso Cero, a three-week diagnosis (EUR 3,500 + VAT, deducted in full if you go on to the implementation with us): a Shadow AI audit, a knowledge map and a four-month plan with figures. Then four phases (Cortex, Direction, Workforce and Autonomy), each with a completion criterion written before we start. The last phase is that your team can carry on without us. Who we are. SerIA Nativa is the trading name of Cinto Casals, AI consultant and architect for manufacturing, with thirty years building digital infrastructure and more than five years in industrial production.
