About Semiotics

At Semiotics, we work on transforming complex ideas into meaningful, buildable and feasible digital products by understanding users.

We help businesses understand their customers in order to build a meaningful user experience that strengthens their brands and increase customer engagement through data-driven design.

Our services are categorized into 2 main categories:

1. Launching new products:

We work with entrepreneurs and medium-size businesses using qualitative research to uncover users' behaviors and motivations. Such insights help us design and envision solutions that achieve both business goals (business viability) and user goals (seamless experience) by utilizing the latest advancement in technology.

2. Measuring products' performance

We believe that data is everything. This is why we focus on collecting and analyzing the usability metrics of each product in order to quantify its user experience into something measurable. We understand that each business is different, and for each phase of its life cycle, it's normal to use different metrics which allows it to grow beyond its current state.

Branding & Positioning

Our approach to branding a new product, or rebranding an existing one: BRIEFING The design brief serves as the guiding document for the project. It helps us to focus on the details and requirements to connect with your target audience. If you don't have this yet sufficient established we need to spend time doing so first. RESEARCH After briefing, we conduct a small research about your business, market and competitors to learn more about the industry trying to dive into all available information which enables us to build an outstanding unique identity design system. CREATIVE After the research phase is completed and a design brief has been created, it's time to start designing the logo and brand identity. A lot of drafts, sketches and trials are done in this phase on paper first then we take the best ones and iterate them digitally. DELIVERY After discussing the first drafts from the creative phase and settling on the concept, we start the final implementation of the concept and the design of the entire brand identity elements.
