We believe that data is everything. This is why we focus on collecting and analyzing the usability metrics of each product in order to quantify its user experience into something measurable. We understand that each business is different, and for each phase of its life cycle, it's normal to use different metrics which allows it to grow beyond its current state.

Project made for mumm in the Food industry for a B2C audience in 2018.Mumm connects its hungry customers with curated talented home-based cooks, delivering a balanced nutritious food to their doorstep within 60 minutes. Mumm helps its customers to avoid unhealthy junk food by providing affordable, home-made clean food to their doorsteps.For the past 18 months, Semiotics has been working with Mumm team as its UX partner. At this project, Semiotics revamped Mumm website to match its new branding and to focus on adjusting parts of the experience to accommodate its new delivery system which allowed Mumm to deliver in 60 minutes instead of 90.
Project made for Shoe Shelf in the E-commerce industry for a B2C audience in 2017.An online portal for Portuguese & Mediterranean shoe and leather brands in the Middle East. Shoe shelf has been designed to be a display spot of well-selected foot wear designs from various brands which is hard to walk away from without a purchase as it simply covers a wide variety of tastes. Best products are often shelved in a store, where each shelf will display products from a specific brand that has its own theme and identity.
