What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed someone to take over the day to day PPC work because honestly we were spending way too much time checking campaigns ourselves and still felt like we were missing things. We wanted to get the accounts under better control and have someone looking for improvements on an ongoing basis.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Probably the fact that they don't work like a typical agency where you just get a report every month and thats it. Their team is very hands on, but they're also using their own tech to spot issues and opportunities in the accounts. We still have the human side to discuss strategy and approve things, which was important for us. It feels like there is actually quite a lot going on behind the scenes without us needing to manage it ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvements?Some of the explanations can get a little too technical at times, especially when they go into the details of why certain changes are recommended. Not a huge issue (some would prefer it, in fact), but a shorter summary first would make those conversations easier sometimes.
