Process that drives results.

Communication is key for a great partnership, that's why we will break down each step as much as we can to leave nothing unsaid and deliver great digital experiences.

1. Discovery: First we begin with a session that will help us uncover possible ideas for your project. We will take a look over your competition, clients and possible implementations for your UI/UX.

2. Planning: Once we have a base to start with begins the shaping of the website by making an initial structure and wireframes. This is a collaborative task which gives an overall look of the project.

3. Branding & Design: After the planning stage is approved, a prototype is designed with aspects that fit all major devices. When the files are delivered, confirmation is required from the client in order to move forward.

4. Development: Frontend or backend, we got you covered down to the smallest detail. Our development team ensures a clean structured code that will bring your website to life.

5. Testing: Just to be on safe side multiple tests are done, in case there are any accessibility issues and to make sure everything is in the right place.

6. Launch: When your website is live, we provide training and setup of any required plugins or analytics that will help you scale along your journey and additional maintenance to make sure everything is functional and up to Saikai standards.

Each part of the process is made with the goal to remove any barriers and miscommunications for a successful launch.

Description
Our eCommerce website creation process begins with a discovery session from which we need to establish if:

1. You need a template-based online store.
2. Build custom-coded sections on top of an existing theme.
3. Or build a completely custom online store.

We work with the best performing platforms and website builders like WordPress and Shopify, so depending on needs we would recommend the most optimal approach.

Then we move to:

1. Wireframes: A website structure is made depending on requirements (Custom or template-based).

2. Design Concept: Once the Wireframes are approved, we move to design. At the end of this stage, another revision is made to make sure that everything agreed on the wireframes is placed and if there are comments.

3. Development: After the design is approved, it will be implemented live on a CRM platform (eg. Custom, Shopify, WordPress) + SEO.

4. Testing & Maintenance: When everything is set, we will follow up with instructions and help with any questions you might have, which ends with a successful website launch and functional maintenance to assure that everything works as it should.
