What was the objective behind your collaboration?I sell decorative and gaming lighting, and I was working entirely through social media. I needed a real store where customers could see my full range in one place and order without messaging me first, plus a way to keep track of stock and orders instead of doing it by hand.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The setup was quick and I did not need any technical background. They moved my whole catalogue over and organised it into categories, and the support team answers in Arabic when I need something. Managing orders and stock from one dashboard saved me the most time.

Are there any areas for improvements?I would like a custom domain instead of a subdomain, and better visibility in Google search for my product pages.
