RECA | Re-tuning Cinema in Africa

We recently collaborated with RECA on the production of two education videos: one on antimicrobial resistance, and one on animal welfare during slaughter. The quality of the videos was very good, both in terms of the images produced, and the development of the video (e.g. putting it together, sound quality, etc.). Most importantly, they respected our very tight time-frames, delivering on time and respecting the budget. It was also very easy to communicate with them, allowing us to make edits and improvements as needed. The two videos have been very well received by our target audience, and are now being disseminated widely. Working with RECA has been a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an interesting story to share with the community.

I cannot recommend RECA highly enough. On behalf of our UK-based plant science network, during a visit to Nairobi I wanted to create some short films about Kenya-based research projects we are funding. Mark was extremely professional, friendly and creative ... and we have been delighted with the finished products after his methodical editing. The feedback we have had from our network members about the films has been first-class, and they have been widely shared on our social channels. Mark asked the right questions about our objectives, quickly understood what we hoped to achieve, and delivered an excellent series of products at a very reasonable cost exactly as he had quoted, and on time.
