StoryWe started Purpose Design in 2018 in Eindhoven because we believed sustainability efforts needed clearer, tested paths. We help purpose-driven organisations who have goals and ideas but aren't sure how to reach them. Through hands-on workshops and focused Design Sprints we transfer Design Thinking into our clients' teams, empowering their in-house expertise to experiment, validate and iterate. We learned that shifting mindsets is as important as methods: encouraging creativity and collaborative validation leads to solutions that actually work. When a client brings a challenge or a half-formed idea, we co-explore options, prototype quickly and test assumptions until the most valuable solution emerges. We're motivated by helping organisations do good, better.
