Proxxa builds software that works while you sleep. We're a development studio based in Mexico City, focused on three things: AI assistants that handle customers over WhatsApp, custom web platforms, and automating the processes someone on your team is still doing by hand. How we work, and what sets us apart: You own the system. We sell it once, with no lifetime subscription. The code and the data are yours. You're not renting a tool; you're buying an asset. Launch Guarantee. Your project is up and running within the agreed timeframe, or the rest of the setup isn't billed. We keep that promise by taking a maximum of three new projects per month. We build custom, we don't configure templates. Our assistant engine runs in production today as a multi-tenant system: several businesses on the same base, each with isolated configuration and data. It's our own TypeScript code, not a generic flow builder. What we deliver works before you pay the rest. We'd rather show you a running system than send you a polished proposal. We work with professional firms, clinics, retail and service businesses that are losing customers because nobody answers in time, or burning staff hours on work a system should be doing on its own.
