StorySomos Protágora Igualdad. Nacimos en Madrid en 2018 con una convicción sencilla: la igualdad no debe ser un discurso, sino una forma de ver y operar dentro de las empresas. Empezamos compartiendo conversaciones, escuchando inquietudes y observando resistencias; esas charlas nos enseñaron que los cambios reales nacen de la cultura cotidiana, no de palabras grandilocuentes.
Nos apasiona transformar percepciones: llevamos la igualdad al día a día, alineando actitudes, procesos y prioridades. A veces el reto es lento y requiere paciencia; otras, un pequeño gesto abre una nueva forma de trabajar.
