Wir haben uns seither darauf konzentriert, die IT‑Anliegen der Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden ganzheitlich zu betreuen: vom täglichen Support über die Pflege und Überwachung der technischen Infrastruktur bis hin zur Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme. Als kleines, eng vernetztes Team wissen wir, dass Technik dann gut funktioniert, wenn Menschen sie problemlos nutzen können. Deshalb legen wir Wert auf schnelle Reaktionszeiten, klare Kommunikation und pragmatische Lösungen. Manche Tage waren geprägt von eiligen Rollouts, andere von gründlicher Stabilisierung alter Systeme — immer mit dem Ziel, Arbeitsprozesse zu erleichtern.
