Romania's first management community, IM Ready.ro, came to life and found its public voice through the craft of the team at POARTA 9. We came to them with the idea, the mission, plenty of enthusiasm, but also with many questions and some fear. Poarta 9 inspired a lot of confidence from the very first moment through the expertise they brought, their wow-worthy creativity, and a coaching approach that resonated with us deeply. Communication throughout the project flowed naturally. What we appreciated most about the Poarta 9 team was their highly creative approach, which led to our name, a true "love at first sight", and to a launch communication campaign exactly as we'd hoped: different for the leadership space, one that's about people. On top of that came a structured approach in which we defined very clearly from the start how we'd work together, who's responsible for what, and what the stages and expectations were on both sides.
