What was the objective behind your collaboration?We were looking for a Company to help us develop a new e-commerce website.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Pacific Infotech took on a project and turned it around very quickly for a lower price. I don’t think anyone could have done that better. They were very flexible, so we didn't have any issues.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed to build a website. Evaluating and improving the user experience by identifying usability issues and recommending design enhancements.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Pacific Infotech project management was proficient. The team consistently met deadlines and their communication was clear and effective. Their collaborative and approachable manner made them a pleasure to work with. Pacific Infotech use of Miro boards, this approach fostered seamless collaboration and enabled efficient brainstorming, organization, and visualization of ideas.

Are there any areas for improvements?Pacific Infotech met our expectations for this project, and there are no obvious areas of improvement for the scope of work they did for us.
