What was the objective behind your collaboration?Othware is the best web hosting and development company in Uganda. I had my website designed and hosted by 3 different companies in less than 6 months. One of the biggest challenges we faced as a company was latency and webmail. The website usually took too long to load. This was mainly caused by data centers being too far from our local clients. You can't host a Website in US for a Ugandan target market. Another challenge was emails were never delivered, most emails were spammed.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Hosting was a serious challenge for our company operations since our company runs alot of services online including ERP and Management systems. I searched online for a reliable hosting service provider in Uganda and met Othware. Their data centers in South Africa and Kenya were an absolute game changer in our business. We have never looked back since we met this hosting people. They're very knowledgeable and supportive.

I had a great opportunity working with Othware on our Peer to Peer lending platforms at Afroteller.com. I must say the project was well executed as expected. Our engagement with Othware was unlimited and they listened. We required them to develop the web application, landing pages, mobile application and USSD platforms for our system. Right from the planning phase to the requirements gathering, the team got everything right. The web application MVP was availed to us in 12 weeks. Our initial proof of concept and testing process went on well as expected. Othware delivered everything they promised us including the mobile applications. They work overtime at their expense and deliver quality to the client ultimately. I absolutely had no issues working with Othware. I have no option at this point than giving them 5 star and recommending them for your next project. Don't take my word, try them yourself!
