To achieve this, our UX specialists work on site and in close collaboration with engineers and software development teams. Our senior digital experts are involved in change programs for medium and large technology firms and enterprises. With intensive training programs and 1-1 coaching, we aim to achieve user-centric digitale excellence for their organization. As trainers we help product teams, designers and managers to adopt design thinking, agile UX and research & UX design tactics, processes and tools for their daily practice. For benchmarking the current state, we start with a UX Maturity assessment and screen personal and team capabilities that need to be further developed. For training and coaching we follow 'learning by doing' techniques and coaching methodologies. Expect high energy, a practical approach and measurable impact.
