Nixinn is a company that combines 25 years of experience in automation, process mining, and decision-making, specializing in the digital transformation of administrative, financial, and management control processes for SMEs. Nixinn's mission is to turn numbers into decisions: always available data, governed use of AI, and certainty that the numbers are correct. What we do: Nixinn starts with processes with a maturity assessment, an innovative management control and decision-making model, identifies the Gap compared to Business Value objectives, and defines an action plan. Based on the identified path, it activates the right tools, only where they are needed. Scaling up to the product Pyxed, the Virtual Administrative Assistant that orchestrates specialized AI agents (accounting, FP&A, expenses) from a single interface, interconnecting heterogeneous systems and data. First, order and reliability are brought to the data, then the decision is made. What sets us apart Where Business Intelligence tells you what happened, Nixinn makes the decision happen. The agents do not just produce insights: they prepare, propose, and await human confirmation. AI proposes, humans decide. La missione di Nixinn è trasformare i numeri in decisioni: dati sempre disponibili, uso governato dell'AI e certezza che i numeri siano corretti. Cosa facciamo: Nixinn parte dai processi — assessment della maturità, modello di controllo di gestione e decisionale — e costruisce sopra gli strumenti giusti. Il prodotto principale è Pyxed, l'Assistente Amministrativo Virtuale che orchestra agenti AI specializzati (contabilità, FP&A, spesa) da un'unica interfaccia, interconnettendo sistemi e dati eterogenei. Prima si porta ordine e affidabilità nei dati, poi si sale alla decisione. Cosa ci distingue: Dove la Business Intelligence ti dice cosa è successo, Nixinn fa succedere la decisione.
