StoryWir sind New Work Lab aus Hamburg – ein Team, das sich dem Arbeiten von morgen verschrieben hat. Aus der Überzeugung heraus, dass Organisationen mehr sind als Strukturen, haben wir uns darauf spezialisiert, Organisationen, Kulturen, Strategien und Prozesse neu zu denken. Oft begannen unsere Projekte mit einfachen Fragen: Was braucht ein Team wirklich? Wie lassen sich Werte in Alltagshandeln übersetzen? Diese Fragen haben uns gelehrt, eng mit Teams zu arbeiten, Widerstände als Lernmoment zu sehen und Lösungen schrittweise zu erproben. Wir lieben die Mischung aus strategischem Denken und praktischer Umsetzung – und freuen uns, wenn Veränderung nicht nur geplant, sondern gelebt wird.
