modernagents is the AI automation agency of RovAI GmbH, based in Oberwaltersdorf near Vienna, Austria. We help small and medium-sized businesses across DACH and Europe automate repetitive office work. We connect business processes, data and existing systems: processing email and enquiries, extracting and routing documents, automating CRM workflows, and making internal knowledge accessible through AI assistants. We also build AI phone assistants, chatbots and custom software. We select technology to fit the task and your existing IT. We support projects from the initial assessment and a clearly scoped trial through implementation and ongoing care. Human review, testing, documentation and handover are defined as part of each project. A trial starts at EUR 2,500 net; subsequent implementation is quoted separately at an agreed fixed price.
