I'm a photographer and videographer based in Cape Town, specialising in sports and event content — solo operator, so it's one brief, one contact, and one delivery for both photo and video. My background is ten years in the sports industry, including a senior marketing and art direction role at CUBE Bikes, one of the largest bike brands in the world. I shoot from inside the sport rather than outside it — I cycle, surf, run, and train myself, so I know the line a rider will take, where the light will be at 06:15 on a morning ride, and when to hold the shot for the finish face rather than the finish line. Recent work includes Red Bull King of the Air (Core Kiteboarding), XTERRA South Africa, HYROX Cape Town (Virgin Active), and campaigns for 361 and Brunotti. On the event side, I cover conferences and summits at CTICC and major Cape Town venues, including Mining Indaba, Windaba (Envision Energy), and the Future of Power Summit — typically delivering a 60–90 second highlight reel and around 100 edited photos, with fast turnaround. I also bring ten years as a marketer and art director to every shoot, so I'm not just capturing content — I understand what it needs to do for the brand. 1 person in their team
