Key message is a piece of information that will change the way brand's target audience currently thinks about its product/brand/category and helps a brand achieve its marketing goals. Development of the Creative Concept, based on the Key Message. Creative Concept is a visualisation of a Key Message. It is a base for all of the communications of a brand in different advertisement channels. Development of the tone and brand character. This part defines the personality of a brand and the tone of voice that is used across communications. The tone of voice means not only what advertisements say about the brand, but how they are said. Creative platform of a brand Taking the key visual and evolving it into different communication channels.
