As a female duo, we have been supporting strong-character leaders since 2018 in the strategic development of their brands and companies from the inside out. Our brand stands for CLARITY.
In our projects, we work together to establish the strategic foundation for an attractive, compelling brand. Through clarity, focus and heightened awareness, every area of the company—from product development and HR to sales and marketing—can be consistently developed with the brand at its centre, benefiting from the emotional magic and radiance of the brand. We are not an agency, we do not create designs, and we do not understand “brand” as a marketing toy, but as a management tool: “Brand” encompasses everything people associate with a company and everything they sense, perceive and experience at the brand’s various touchpoints. The clearer those responsible are about their corporate brand, the more consciously they can shape the image people form of their company—because they do that anyway. Brand is the responsibility of the leadership, because a brand is the unmistakable soul of a company—and its good reputation, which must be preserved and strengthened.
In our projects, we efficiently create substantial results that fit on a single A4 page: drive/purpose, corporate identity/core brand values, positioning, one-word value and, for larger product and service portfolios, brand architecture. To date, we have created value in more than 200 brand projects across the DACH region, particularly in the complex, explanation-heavy technology/B2B environment, in science, and in hospitality, tourism and destination branding. We are particularly effective in complex environments with heterogeneous stakeholder groups whose individual needs must be recognised and mediated in order to create, through the brand strategy process, a shared outcome that unites people, inspires pride and releases energy for implementation. 2 people in their team
