Personality-based brand strategy development for discerning individualists
As a women's duo, we have been supporting strong personalities in their internal brand and corporate development since 2018. Our brand stands for CLARITY. We are a strategy consultancy and, in our projects, we jointly lay the strategic foundation for a strong brand. Thanks to clarity, focus, and heightened awareness, all areas of the company, from product development, HR, sales, and marketing, can be consistently developed with a brand-centric approach and benefit from the magic of the brand's emotional radiance. We are not an agency, we do not do design, and we do not primarily understand "the brand" as a marketing toy, but as a management tool. After all, "the brand" bundles everything that people associate with a company and what they experience at the various touchpoints of the brand. The clearer decision-makers are about their corporate brand, the more consciously they can steer the image that people form of their brand; because they do that anyway. PS: A brand is a matter for the boss, because a brand is the good reputation that needs to be protected and the soul of the company that makes it unique. In our projects, we pragmatically create substantiated results that fit on an A4 page: drive/purpose, corporate identity/core brand values, positioning, one-word value, and, for larger product portfolios, also the topic of brand architecture. We have so far added value in over 200 brand projects in the DACH region, especially in science, in the field of hotel/tourism/destination brands, as well as in the complex and abstract technology/B2B environment. We are particularly effective in complex environments and in cases with very heterogeneous stakeholder groups, whose individual needs must be recognized and moderated in order to create a common result through the brand strategy process that unites, creates pride, and releases implementation energy.
