**Luigi Rega is an independent software developer based in Angri, Italy, with 25 years of experience building custom software, management systems, and solutions powered by artificial intelligence.** ### What I do I design and develop software from scratch: management systems built around a company’s specific requirements, websites and web platforms, and AI integrations designed to solve concrete, measurable problems—not to follow a technology trend. Every project is delivered with the source code and documentation, giving the client full ownership of the solution and the freedom to choose who will maintain it in the future. ### Experience I have worked on enterprise projects for organizations and companies across a range of industries. Some of my most significant experience includes the evolutionary development and bug fixing, through Accenture, of the case management system used by the Italian Public Prosecutor’s Offices for the Ministry of Justice; the development of a real-time backend for networks of electric vehicle charging stations (Repower); the migration from a monolithic architecture to a service-based architecture for a financial software platform (Allcore, now Yuxme); and the development of corporate portals for Bridgestone, Bricofer, and RINA. ### How I work The client works directly with me, from the first conversation through to code delivery: no account manager and no handoff between sales and developer. Projects are developed incrementally, with features added progressively and a first usable version generally available within 2–3 months.
