StoryWir bei LNE haben 2008 in Bad Tölz begonnen, weil wir überzeugt waren: Transformation gelingt nur, wenn Menschen und Führungskräfte aktiv begleitet werden. Anfangs waren es kleine Projekte zur Prozessautomatisierung und Strategieentwicklung — schnell merkten wir, dass technisches Können allein nicht reicht. Deshalb entwickelten wir die 3E-Methodik®, bauten ein Netzwerk aus Führungskräften, IT-Expert:innen, Trainer:innen, Coaches und sogar Spitzensportler:innen auf und konzentrierten uns darauf, Veränderung menschorientiert umzusetzen. Unsere größte Herausforderung war, Teams von Anfang an einzubeziehen — das haben wir zur Kernaufgabe gemacht. Heute freut es uns, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, effizienter, moderner und attraktiver für Mitarbeitende und Kund:innen zu werden.
