StoryWir haben Leitwandel 2019 in Wiesbaden gegründet, weil wir überzeugt sind, dass Arbeit anders gestaltet werden muss. Als Team um Gloria Alvaro und Natascha Czwalinna begegnen wir der Herausforderung hybrider Arbeitsformen mit Neugier und Praxisnähe. Oft beginnen Projekte mit der Frage: Wie soll unser Büro der Zukunft aussehen? Gemeinsam mit Kund:innen ergründen wir Wünsche, entwickeln Arbeits- und Raumkonzepte und formen Zusammenarbeitsmodelle, die Menschen und Organisationen stärken. Dabei setzen wir auf Agilität, New Work und Selbstorganisation — nicht als Modewort, sondern als Chance für nachhaltige Veränderung. Wir lieben es, Brücken zwischen Führung, Mitarbeitenden und räumlicher Gestaltung zu bauen und Lösungen zu schaffen, die attraktiv und wirksam sind.
