StoryWir sind Lean-Team, 2009 in Derschen gegründet. Unsere Motivation war einfach: Wir sahen, dass Lean Management allein zu kurz greift, wenn Mitarbeiter nicht aktiv in Verbesserungen eingebunden sind. Deshalb haben wir Lean mit gezielter Teamentwicklung verbunden. In unserer Arbeit geht es uns darum, Räume zu schaffen, in denen Vertrauen wächst, Konflikte konstruktiv bearbeitet und Konsens gefunden werden kann. Wir fördern die Entfaltung des kreativen Potentials jedes Einzelnen und stärken die Kooperation im Alltag. Das Ergebnis ist kein Zufall: Durch gelebte Lean-Prinzipien steigen Produktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit – und das Arbeitsklima verbessert sich nachhaltig. Wir begleiten Organisationen Schritt für Schritt, damit Verbesserungen intern verankert und selbstständig weiterentwickelt werden.
