What was the objective behind your collaboration?To have a functional prototype developed for my smart toilet bowl brush invention as part of launching my startup business.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Initially, I was hopeful and excited to see my vision come to life, and I appreciated having a designer assigned to with me on the concept.

Are there any areas for improvements?This company must improve communication, accountability, and ethical billing practices. Over 16 months, I worked with four different designers, and the lack of consistency, misrepresented charges, and failure to deliver a functional prototype in a reasonable time severely impacted my startup. Clear documentation, transparency, and respect for clients' time and resources are essential improvements.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?To create highly detailed and accurate 3D models that would enhance the realism and immersion of our software's virtual environment, thereby elevating the overall user experience and setting a new industry standard.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?That would be the seamless fusion of creativity and technical expertise that Jackson Hedden brought to the project, as their innovative 3D modeling solutions consistently exceeded our expectations and pushed the boundaries of what we thought was possible.
