StoryAls Team von IT'S ABOUT LEADERSHIP in Ratingen haben wir 2019 begonnen, eine einfache Idee in die Tat umzusetzen: Unternehmen in einer immer komplexer werdenden Welt handlungsfähig zu halten – ohne die Leichtigkeit zu verlieren. Wir sind Organisationsberater:innen und Lernexpert:innen; unsere Arbeit entstand aus zahllosen Gesprächen, Workshops und dem Wunsch, Wandel nicht nur zu erklären, sondern dauerhaft zu verankern. In den ersten Projekten merkten wir schnell: Wenn Methoden greifbar und alltagsnah sind, verändern sich Haltung und Verhalten nachhaltig. Seitdem entwickeln wir konkrete Produkte und Formate, die Führungskräfte, Teams und Organisationen befähigen, neue Denk- und Handlungsweisen erfolgreich umzusetzen.
