What was the objective behind your collaboration?To build a shopify website for our ecommerce brand

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Our website was being made in Pakistan. The reviews you will find online are faked and the name Irish Web studios is a cover up. They are off loading your work to cheap developers abroad. We have been back and forth with them for months to claim the "100% money back guarantee" refund that was claimed but we havn't seen a cent. It was a very distressing experience

Are there any areas for improvements?Actually deliver the "100% money back guarentee" or any refund as promised rather than forging fake refund invoices.
