StoryWe zijn Intentif, een hecht team dat sinds 2002 vanuit Gent organisaties begeleidt in cultuurverandering rondom verbindend leiderschap. Vanuit oprechte intenties begeleiden we directie, management en medewerkers — soms in groep via training, soms één-op-één via coaching — naar een hoger bewustzijnsniveau. We herinneren teams aan wat echt draagt: vertrouwen, respect en verbinding. Vaak zien we in het proces dat kleine aanpassingen in gedrag en taal grote effecten hebben op samenwerking en resultaat.
