StoryAls Team des Instituts Für Entwicklungsberatung begleiten wir Menschen und Organisationen mit Herz und Verstand. Unsere Arbeit begann aus dem Wunsch heraus, praxisnahe, zertifizierte Aus- und Weiterbildungen mit lösungsorientiertem Coaching zu verbinden. Täglich erleben wir, wie sich Führungskräfte, Teams und GründerInnen durch gezielte Begleitung verändern: mal leise, mal in großen Schritten. Wir erinnern uns an Workshops, die nach einem kurzen Impuls in neue Dynamik mündeten — das ist unser Antrieb. In Konfliktsituationen behalten wir Klarheit, in Krisen stärken wir Resilienz nach dem Bambus-Prinzip®. Als pädagogische Leitung gestalten wir Lernwege für Auszubildende und geben unser Wissen an die nächste Generation von Coaches und TrainerInnen weiter.
