StoryNous avons créé Innov RH à Chambéry en 2019 avec une idée simple : remettre l’humain au cœur des transformations. Chaque mission commence par l’écoute — comprendre les usages, les freins et les ressources. Nous accompagnons nos clients sur la conduite du changement, l’implantation de formes managériales innovantes, la stratégie RSE et la construction de marques employeurs attractives. Notre équipe, forte d’expériences de DRH généralistes dans des structures variées, aime co-construire avec les équipes pour faire émerger l’initiative et l’intelligence collective.
