StoryWij zijn Includenow, een groep professionals die in 2018 in Amsterdam begon omdat we de media- en reclamewereld inclusiever wilden zien. We zagen hoe talenten en verhalen wegvielen door onbewuste patronen en besloten daar iets aan te doen. Onze missie is duidelijk: mensen van onbewust onbekwaam naar bewust bekwaam brengen. Dat doen we door te motiveren, te verbinden, te inspireren en te faciliteren — altijd in samenwerking met marketing- en communicatiespecialisten. Het werk is soms confronterend, maar juist die eerlijkheid brengt verandering. Elke kleine vooruitgang toont dat inclusie niet vrijblijvend is, maar een praktische, noodzakelijke verbetering van onze industrie. We blijven leren, aanpassen en anderen meenemen in die beweging.
