Timesheets on paper, inspection reports in Excel, alongside an inventory system that doesn't know about either. Many clients come to us with this starting point. In the end, there's an app for on-site data collection and a dashboard for the office, connected via interfaces to accounting, ERP, and the systems that are meant to remain. What is created Individual apps with Flutter for iOS and Android, as well as web dashboards. Data collection works even without a network and synchronizes later, processes can be guided by QR code, and applications can also be created in multiple languages. Projects have so far been in construction, industry and mechanical engineering, medical technology, logistics, sports facilities, as well as public and social organizations. How a project works First, the concept phase with requirements, scope, and process. This results in a fixed price after the concept phase. After the start, we remain with the system: maintenance contracts with agreed response times, extensions during ongoing operation. Hosted on ISO 27001 certified servers in Germany, AVV according to Art. 28 GDPR. Upon request, contract design based on EVB-IT, accessibility according to EN 301 549 and BITV 2.0, audit logs, SSO, or implementation according to BSI IT-Grundschutz and OWASP. Who is at the table in2bit GmbH has been working for clients throughout Germany since 2019. The contact person is one of the two managing directors, both business information scientists with an M.Sc. from the University of Magdeburg. Development and operation remain in one hand, without an intermediate level.

Storyin2bit ist 2019 aus einem Wirtschaftsinformatik-Studium in Magdeburg entstanden. Wir bauen Software für Abläufe, die sonst auf Papier und in Excel hängen. Erst sehen wir uns den Ablauf an, dann wird gebaut. Ansprechpartner ist einer der beiden Geschäftsführer, und nach dem Start bleiben wir am System.
