What was the objective behind your collaboration?We waren op zoek naar een firma die een website kon maken voor ons Opleidingsinstituut. Uit het grote aanbod werd IDcreation uitgekozen omdat ze qua design volledig voldeed aan onze wensen.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We ontvingen een interessante prijsofferte. We werken nu reeds een aantal jaar samen en nog meer dan de prijsofferte blijkt vooral de samenwerking en de support voor ons de meerwaarde. De service die IDcreation aanbiedt is heel goed net als de communicatie. Als men spreekt van een vlotte communicatie en een zeer vlugge respons op elke vraag dan is men bij IDcreation aan het juiste adres. Onze website voldoet zeker aan onze wensen, IDcreation is voor ons een aanrader.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Vanuit de spirit van Katoen Natie, met name om je te focussen op je sterktes, zijn we voor ons project voor Defensie, het maken van een webshop voor alle actieve militairen, op zoek gegaan naar een externe partner die duidelijk specialist is in op maat gemaakte webshops. Zo zijn we bij IDcreation terecht gekomen.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?IDcreation ging van in het begin mee in onze ideeën en deed concrete voorstellen, dit zonder oogkleppen of beperkingen, en dit alles voor een aanvaardbare kost. De projectmatige aanpak en de persoonlijke begeleiding gedurende alle fases van het project hebben we als een grote meerwaarde mogen ervaren. Hierdoor kregen we nooit het gevoel dat we het zoveelste project binnen een grote organisatie zouden kunnen zijn. De flexibiliteit op grafische en technische aspecten was een bijkomend pluspunt.
