What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our main goal was simple. We needed them to take an unfinished app project and make it usable. At that point, I honestly thought the whole thing might be a lost cause, so we were looking for a team that could step in, understand what had already been built, fix the problems, and get the app to a point where it could actually go live.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their project management was solid. They stayed in communication, understood what we needed, and kept moving the work forward. Anytime we had a question or concern, they responded properly and handled it without making things complicated. They were dependable, which matters a whole lot when you are trusting someone to fix a project that has already gone sideways once.

Are there any areas for improvements?Honestly, I do not have much to complain about. They delivered what we needed and then some. Maybe more frequent progress updates early on would have been nice, but overall, they did a strong job and I would gladly recommend them.

Our main goal was to reduce manual tasks, save time, improve team productivity, and have everything managed in one proper system instead of using multiple tools and spreadsheets.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The project started with HBOX Digital understanding our business requirements and how our team works day to day. After that, they planned the software structure, designed the interface, developed the main features, tested everything, and helped us launch the final product. The main deliverables included a custom software platform, an easy-to-use dashboard, an admin panel, business management features, secure data handling, bug fixing, deployment support, and guidance after launch.

Are there any areas for improvements?Overall, we had a good experience working with them. One thing that could be improved is providing more detailed documentation at the end of the project, especially for internal training. That said, their team was always available whenever we needed help or clarification.

Our goal was to create a simple and easy to use mobile app where users could track their daily steps, understand their activity progress, and receive personalized step guidance based on their individual needs.

They worked on the UI and UX design, onboarding flow, step tracking feature, personalized health guidance, testing, and overall app refinement. They helped turn our initial idea into a complete and polished mobile app.
