StoryNous sommes Grains de Sel Cie, une SCOP constituée en 2020 qui rassemble trois consultants — Charlotte, Falco et Lori — et qui accompagne depuis 2015 les transformations profondes des organisations. Nous avons construit notre méthode en observant que les changements durables viennent quand on prend soin des individus autant que des objectifs : écouter, tester, ajuster. Nos journées mêlent ateliers concrets, conversations difficiles et remises en question collectives. Travailler avec des collectivités, entreprises ou associations nous a appris à adapter nos outils au niveau de maturité de chaque structure. Ce qui nous anime ? Permettre des transformations qui régénèrent l’organisation et la rendent plus coopérative, responsable et vivable pour toutes et tous.
