GoldinKollar is a People & Culture consultancy headquartered in Cairo, working with enterprise employers across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar. We are not a marketing agency that also does employer branding. We build the underlying systems: the EVP your workplace can actually deliver, the internal communication employees absorb rather than merely receive, and the measurement that proves whether either moved. WHAT WE DO EVP Reality Audit - we test the promise against the lived employee experience before anyone writes a headline, so the proposition survives contact with reality. EVP development and bilingual activation - Arabic written natively, not translated late. Internal communications audit and strategy - channel architecture, message clarity, manager cascade, and real reach by segment, including frontline and deskless teams with no corporate email. Measurement - comprehension and action, not volume sent. HOW WE WORK Five stages: Measure, Strategize, Implement, Transfer, Document. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic and ends with your team owning the system rather than depending on us. WHY THE REGION MATTERS Nationalisation programmes - Saudisation under Nitaqat, Emiratisation alongside Nafis, Omanisation - make national hiring and retention measurable obligations rather than HR preferences. Large frontline and deskless populations sit outside corporate email entirely. Arabic and English both have to work as source languages. We build for that, not around it.
