What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed to build a complex, secure web application from the ground up to handle sensitive user data and high-volume transactions. Our goal was to move away from off-the-shelf solutions and invest in a custom-coded architecture using the latest technologies to ensure scalability, bank-grade security and sub-second load times under heavy traffic.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The technical expertise was outstanding. The team demonstrated deep knowledge of modern frameworks and security best practices, implementing robust encryption and secure API integrations without compromising on performance. I was particularly impressed by their clean, maintainable code structure and their proactive approach to optimization. They didn’t just deliver features; they engineered a solution that is future-proof and highly resilient.

Are there any areas for improvements?Given the complexity of the custom architecture, the initial learning curve for our internal team to manage certain backend configurations was steeper than expected. Providing more comprehensive documentation or a short training session on the custom admin panel would have been beneficial for a smoother handover.
