Description 1. We start with an audit of your existing ad account, followed by a 30/60/90-day launch plan for scaling your performance marketing efforts. We have you fill out an onboarding typeform to get info about your unique value props, target KPIs, unit economics, asset mix, and more. 2. We'll then produce your first round of ads, containing a mix of formats we know to work well in your competitive set, and formats we have seen work well with our broader client base (portfolio of over $2 mil in monthly ad spend to inform our strategy). We have an internal database of 200+ ad formats ranked by efficacy and client vertical to pull from to maximize our creative hit rate at launch. 3. We'll launch ads and start iterative messaging testing - different pain points, product feature/benefit mapping, customer avatar call-outs, to understand what messaging we can scale to new ad formats in future months to drive continued growth. We also use this time to test our landing page which we design and develop from scratch against your main website. 4.
