What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed a complete fresh library of brand photos for our website launch and upcoming marketing materials. The agency handled the entire process for us: planning the concept, putting together the shot list, sourcing props, booking two local models, running a full-day studio and outdoor shoot, and delivering high-res retouched images.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their photographer had a great eye for natural lighting and made the models feel really comfortable, which made the final shots look organic rather than staged. They brought a monitor on set so we could see the raw images as they were captured, which gave us full confidence that we were getting everything on our shot list before wrapping up for the day.

Are there any areas for improvements?The initial delivery of the raw proofing gallery took a couple of days longer than expected due to a busy shoot schedule on their end. A quick heads-up about the slight delay would have been helpful for our internal planning, but the quality of the final retouched photos was top-tier and well worth the wait.

On the day of the shoot, they were punctual, stuck strictly to the shot schedule, and kept everything moving efficiently. What stood out most was post-production—they turned around initial rough cuts quickly and were easygoing when we asked for small tweaks to the voiceover and music pacing.

Are there any areas for improvements?The turnaround time between the first rough cut and the second edit took a bit longer than originally scheduled due to a backlog in their post-production queue. Communication during that specific week was a bit quiet, but once they sent over the updated version, the quality of the video made up for the slight delay.

Are there any areas for improvements?Organising the raw image selects and final retouching requests could have been a bit more structured. Using a dedicated online gallery platform for initial approvals right from the start—rather than sending bulk file links—would have streamlined our team's internal review and accelerated the final handoff.
