StoryWe started Excellence Coaching in 2008 in Paris as a small group of senior practitioners united by one conviction: people development is the engine of lasting organisational change. Drawing on years of hands-on leadership experience, we built a practice blending management insight with psychology and coaching techniques. Early on we faced scepticism — coaching was seen as a luxury, not strategy — so we focused on measurable impact: clearer strategy, stronger teams, more accountable leaders. Today we remain practitioners first: designing interventions, coaching executives and partnering with HR to embed leadership habits. Our pride comes from seeing leaders grow and organisations shift because we stayed true to professionalism, skill and heartfelt passion for developing people.
