Who we are Enovation.One is an agile office for participation and user perspective based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. StoryWir sind Enovation.One – das agile Büro für Partizipation und Nutzerperspektive, gegründet 2022 in Schaffhausen. Aus der Überzeugung heraus, dass gute Entscheidungen nur entstehen, wenn Menschen eingebunden sind, haben wir uns auf Quartier- und Gemeindeentwicklung spezialisiert. Besonders am Herzen liegen uns lokale und nachbarschaftliche Energieprojekte, bei denen oft viele Interessen aufeinandertreffen. In einem frühen Projekt erinnere ich mich, wie wir Nachbarn, Gemeindeverwaltung und Energieversorger an einen Tisch brachten: indem wir bewährte Partizipationsprozesse mit Design Thinking kombinierten, entstand eine Lösung, die technisch tragfähig und von der Gemeinschaft getragen war. Uns bewegt, Menschen, Themen und Daten zu verbinden – getreu unserem Motto «Bewegt viele. Nützt allen.»
