What was the objective behind your collaboration?We wanted to fix a few usability issues on our Shopify store and make the website easier for customers to navigate without changing the overall look and feel.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Shopify ordering experience by adding product level personalization fields that capture customer instructions and pass them through to the final order automatically, reducing manual processing and fulfillment errors.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The implementation was practical and well thought out. The new functionality blended naturally into the existing store, worked reliably from launch, and solved a real operational challenge without making the customer journey more complicated.
